What is Milestone Makers?
Milestone Makers offers the opportunity to collect embroidered patches that commemorate meaningful goals and milestones for children and adults with disabilities.
Inspired by systems like bravery beads, each patch provides a visual and tangible reminder of the hours, effort, and persistence invested in achieving progress.
Using simple, symbol-based designs, Milestone Makers celebrates achievements across communication, movement, regulation, daily living, and community participation — in a way that is inclusive, private, and deeply meaningful.

Milestone Makers was created to change this and recognise:

Milestone Makers can be displayed in a way that is unique to each individual.
Patches might be added to a special Milestone Makers bear, sewn onto a blanket or bag, or arranged into a framed collection — creating a personal and meaningful visual story of progress over time.
