Land-Based Therapy

I will provide holistic family-centred goal setting, assessment and evidence-based therapy in the home, daycare, school, or community settings.

I utilise various therapy methods to suit your child's goals and to attain gross motor skill development.

I will work as part of your child's multidisciplinary team to ensure all NDIS goals and reporting requirements are meet.

Water-Based Therapy

I will provide, on request, water-based therapy at a local swimming centre.

Water based therapy offers a fun and supportive environment for children to build strength, coordination, and confidence.

The water’s natural buoyancy reduces pressure on joints and muscles, making movement easier and more comfortable. It also provides gentle resistance, which helps improve balance, motor skills, and overall body awareness

TelehealthTherapy

Telehealth will allow me to deliver care remotely through video calls, making it easier for you to access support from your remote or rural home, or on the road when travelling.

During a telehealth session, I guide will guide you and your child through activities and exercises, assess movement and development, and provide strategies tailored to their needs—all in real time.

It’s a convenient, flexible option that still ensures quality care and progress.

Additional Services

Please consider the below prices and terms/conditions. Each appointment includes. Each of the above appointments is inclusive of travel of less then 15 kilometers of Wanneroo.

Report Writing

$200/hour

An initial, acknowledgment of referral appointment summary letter, will be provided free of charge as a professional courtesy. Detailed report writing will be charged at a further $200 per hour.

Cancellation

48 hours cancellation notice is required in writing via email or text message, otherwise the full fee for that appointment will be charged.

Additional Travel

A flat rate fee of $50 will be charged for travel exceeding 20 kilometers of the Wanneroo area. Distances exceeding 20 kilometers will be charged $100 or at the NDIS rate, whichever is less.

This fee will be split between families in the same suburb if possible.

Nose to Toes Physiotherapy will gladly see NDIS clients that are self-managed or plan managed. We do not provide services to Agency Managed clients. Please let us know if you have an NDIS plan, as certain reporting requirements apply. All charges have been determined by the National Disability Insurance Scheme and are subject to change.
